Do you only tutor geometry?

I just retired from the classroom after teaching for 22 years.  I’ve taught almost every class from 8th grade math to calculus!  I will tutor algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, trigonometry, precalculus, and first year calculus.

What I can tutor is not as important as knowing if I’m the right tutor for your teen.  Let’s set up a free consultation to talk about what is going on.

Success in high school depends on a solid start.  Struggling at the early levels can take a student off track, and I’ve had a lot of success closing learning gaps from algebra 1 and getting kids back on track during geometry.

I call myself the “Online Geometry Tutor” so that families with kids struggling during that second year of high school will find me when they search for help online.

Algebra and  geometry skills build the foundation for success in the upper level courses, so if your teen has gaps in those early courses, no matter what class they are taking now, those gaps hold them back.

Mastery of those early skills is also critical for a solid performance on standardized exams like the SAT or ACT, too.
